Services
What can I offer you or your child?
Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly dependent on your requirements.
Counselling for children with therapeutic play (5-11years)

This therapy is an opportunity for children to explore emotional issues in a safe, non-judgmental, playful environment. With younger children's play forms a large part of their therapy session with lots of fun and engaging options designed to explore their inner world.
Sessions are between 30 and 45 minutes dependent on the child, are face to face or online and cost £75.00. If the session is face to face then parents / carers must remain onsite in our comfortable waiting room. **

Counselling for young people (11-18 years)

Therapy can be very helpful when a you want someone to work alongside you as you explore your thoughts and feelings about life’s challenges. Working through emotional distress is essential to well-being but sometimes we can’t do this on our own or with our friends and family. We often need someone outside of the situation to be able to bring clarity.
Counselling for young people can be totally talking based or can bring in playfulness and creativity dependent on what you are comfortable with.
Sessions are between 40 and 50 minutes dependent on the young person, are available face to face, online or by telephone, and cost £65.00. If the session is face to face and young person is under 16 years old then parents / carers must remain onsite in our comfortable waiting room. **
